School Records of Filipino Citizens coming from other countries have to be evaluated by the DepEd with proper endorsement from the accepting school.
B. Fees and Refunds
1. Fees
Tuition fees and other charges are prescribed by the school with the appropriate approval of the DepEd. These charges are itemized and published in information bulletin and are applicable for term prescribed. Notice of any change in fees will be published in advance.
Every student is expected to pay his/her full miscellaneous fees, book rental, and tuition fee for June upon enrolment. Then, a monthly installment payment.
2. Refunds
A student, who transfers or otherwise withdraws, in writing, within two weeks after the beginning of classes and who has already paid the pertinent tuition and other school fees in full or for any length longer than one month may be charged of:
- 10 % of the total amount due for the quarter, if he/she withdraws within the first week of classes; or
- 20 % if within the second week of classes, regardless of whether or not he/she actually attended classes.
The student may be charged of all the school fees in full for the quarter if he/she withdraws anytime after the second week of classes. However, if the transfer or withdrawal is due to a justifiable reason, the student shall be charged of the pertinent fees only up to and including the last month of attendance.
